Addendum
Opening Remarks of Danielle Bertamini

Thank you for joining here this morning and making the effort to get the United States Sports Chiropractic Federation to become a reality.

Thank you for trying to overcome the interest of individual groups here represented for the benefit of the Chiropractic Profession.

Since it was decided to change the statues of FICS from individual representations into a house of national representatives, we’ve gone through a physiological depression. From a few hundred members FICS is represented today by a handful of national councils or federations.

On the other end we’re getting back, the world of sports, the recognition we’ve been focusing on for the past 12 years.

Keep in your soul and mind a bigger picture. Fight for it. Everything else will follow.
In discussing today your statutes and choosing your representatives PLEASE separate the people from the problem and focus on interests not position.
For tomorrow generate a variety of possibilities before deciding what to do and insist that the result be based on some objective standards.

Thank you, for making one of my dreams come through today.

Danielle Bertamini
